Email delivery blocked - Not allowed to take this identity

In order to strengthen the security of the Gandi platform, we have implemented a restriction which requires that the login used to send an email corresponds to the same domain.

Therefore, if a person uses two different domain names at Gandi (for example A and B) to send emails with different senders (A and B), they must be connected to account A to send emails with sender A, and log in with account B to send emails with sender B. It will no longer be possible to use connection A to send emails both from A and from B.

In your email client, you need to configure two separate settings for two different components. On the webmail, it will be required to use two windows in different incognito mode if you want to send emails from two different domains simultaneously.
