[Important] Credit card update
If you received an email from Gandi so you need to change your payment card on your Gandi interface.
Gandi has changed the provider that manages your payment method in order to make your transactions even more secure. The provider that allowed you to register your payment method will no longer be operational within 15 days.
We therefore invite you to re-register a payment method (which may be the same as the one you have been using until now) so that it can be taken into account by this new system.
The card to be replaced is indicated in your interface as one to be changed.
To update your card, you need to:
- Add the card (it may be the same as before), and give it a different name from the one currently registered.
- Set it as the default payment method (click in the interface once the card has been added).
- Delete the old card.
This operation will only take a few minutes, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this technical change.
