Domain activity history

You can view most of the operations carried out on a given domain from the Activity page.

• From the DOMAIN / [domain in question] / Activity menu at the top of the page. (Depending on the width of your screen, you may need to scroll the menu using the arrows on the left or right).

Displaying operations

Operations are displayed in a table starting from the most recent to the oldest. The various columns are :

• Who: shows the ID of the user who performed the action (as well as the IP address used during connection).
• Action: shows, in a standardized way, the activity performed by the user (such as domain creation, DNS change, mailbox creation, etc.). Only information related to the domain name is displayed. ).
• What: This optional information indicates the name of the product concerned by the Action. For example, when creating a mailbox, this will indicate the mailbox concerned.
• Date: Displays the time elapsed since the action was taken or, if more than one month has elapsed, the exact date.
• Details: When relevant, a link displaying additional information about the operation is shown by clicking on the "Show details" link. This may include details of a team's permissions.

Filtering and searching

Next to it, you'll find a "Filter" button that lets you restrict the display of activities to a particular user, or to a particular action, or to a specific period of time.
