How to use Tags to organize your domains
Tags are labels for your domain names. They are particularly useful for customers who manage a large number of domain names and are visible to anyone with access to the domain via organization and teams.
Adding tags in Advanced View
In the "DOMAIN" menu in " Advanced View ", select domains by ticking their checkboxes. A contextual menu will then appear at the bottom of the page. Click on [ ፧ Configure] to open a secondary menu.
Then choose "Manage tags" from the list of options. You can create tags or by choosing them from the list.
You can remove tags by clicking on the "x" to the right of existing tags.
Adding tags from a domain's Overview page
You can also add tags from a domain's Overview page (DOMAIN > Overview). After selecting the relevant domain, click on "Add tags". You can add new tags by entering them or selecting them from the list. You can remove tags by clicking on the "x" to the right of existing tags.
Display all domains with a specific tag
To display all domains with a specific tag, you need to be in "Advanced View".
- Select "Filters" in the search bar. This will open a menu offering numerous options for filtering your domain names.
- Under Tags you can select one or more existing tags (or enter them directly if you prefer). You can remove tags from the filter by clicking on the "x" to the right of the tag.
- The page will reload automatically, displaying only domains with the chosen tag(s). To ensure that all domains with this or these tag(s) are displayed, leave the other search criteria blank.
Remove all occurrences of a tag
If you want to remove all occurrences of a particular tag from all your domains, you need to be in "Advanced View". Select all your domain names by clicking on the checkbox at the top of the table (next to "Domain name"). Then click on [ ፧ Configure] from the secondary menu at the bottom of the page. You can then select "Edit tags" and choose the tag you wish to delete in the "Remove tags" field. Then click on "Submit". This will remove the tag from the list and from all your domains.
