How to change the owner of domains whose extensions have additional rules
Some domain extensions, especially "national" or "regional" ones (ccTLDs), do not allow the standard online owner change procedure and therefore require a special process. Here is a non-exhaustive list of the most common ccTLDs requiring additional and/or alternative procedures to other domain extensions for a change of ownership: .AM, .BE, .DK, .FI, .GR, .HK, .IE, .LT, .LU, .NO, .PT, .RO, .RU.
If you get a message telling you that you cannot change the owner of your domain name online, please complete the owner change form and return it to our support team (support-fr@support.gandi.net), together with the necessary proof(s) of identity as indicated on the form. Our support team will guide you through the process.
