Setting up a recovery email address

A recovery email address can be used to gain access to your mailbox if you lose your 2FA device. You must use an email address that you are sure you will have access to in the event of a problem with your Gandi email address.

To add a recovery address, go to the "Recovery email address" section, enter the address you wish to use and click on Save.

Once this recovery address has been added, you will receive an email to confirm it. You must click on the link in this email before the recovery email is activated. If you don't click on this link, you won't be able to use this email address to recover access to your mailbox.
