Interactive guide to activating your V5 account
This tutorial is intended to help you activate your "classic" Gandi account (V4) on the new administration interface, which we call Gandi V5.

Where to start the migration

There are two ways to activate your account:
1/ From the designated page
A page specifically set up for the migration of V4 to V5 accounts is available.
Go to https://migrate.gandi.net/en/login to migrate your account.

2/ From the v5 login page
If you are trying to log on to the new interface and have not yet migrated your account, you will be automatically forwarded to the migration procedure.
Go to the V5 login page https://id.gandi.net/en/ to sign in to the new V5 interface.

Help migrating your account: Go to the login page
Click on the "LOG IN" button to access the login interface.
Follow the guide to find out whether or not your account has already been activated.
Migration help: Check if your account is already activated
A V4 login (or handle) has the following format: AB1234-GANDI to connect to the old interface: v4.gandi.net/login
A V5 handle cannot have the same format as a V4 handle such as AB1234-GANDI.
Please note that a V5 login cannot be an email address.
Verify account activation
Go to the account activation page, enter your V4 login (handle with the "-GANDI") and password, then click on the "Start" button.
If the account in question has already been activated, you'll be taken to the V5 interface login page with a special message:
“Account already migrated”
If you've forgotten your V5 login, go to this page:

Haven't yet activated your account?
In that case, we recommend that you start by logging in to our old interface to check the following details:
- your V4 login is correct
- your password is correct
- your email address is still valid
- your products are accessible from this account
