Activating an Individual account
Also known as "Classic account migration", this operation enables you to create an account that will have access to the products managed by your classic account. To do this, go to https://migrate.gandi.net/en/login.

This page is specific to the activation of a classic "Individual" account. For classic accounts of the "Company", "Association", "Public Administration" or "Reseller" type:

1. Tell us which account you want to activate
On the account activation page, you need to enter your "classic" login (in AB1234-GANDI format) and password. If the password is incorrect, you won't be able to initiate this process. In that case, please contact support: support-en@support.gandi.net
Once you are logged in, click on the "Start procedure" button to proceed to the next step.
2. Choose a login and password
- Choose a username: You're free to choose any username you like, as long as it's not already taken, and uses only letters, numbers and the "_" (underscore) character. So it can't be an email address or your old handle. This will be your username for the new Gandiv5 site.
- Choose a password: You'll need to choose a password. This will not change the password of your "classic" login (the one with the AB1234-GANDI format). This password will only be used to log into the V5 site.
- Email address: You can leave the address as it is, or choose a new one for your personal account on the new site. If you change it, it will not be changed for your "classic" login.
Don't forget to tick the contract acceptance box to "activate" the "Create my account" button.
