Migration help: Trouble logging in?
If you didn't log in immediately after creating your account, if you've forgotten your login details, or if your browser didn't save them, you can use the "Forgot your username or password?
You will automatically receive an email with your username and a link to reset your password.
Here are some tips for setting a new password:
- use different characters (numbers, letters, special characters) and mix styles (upper and lower case)
- write down your password in a text file, then copy and paste it into the corresponding fields (be careful not to store your password unencrypted)
- use a password vault to store your passwords securely.

Logged into your V4 account
Migration help: Check that your V4 account is correct
If you are logged into the V4 interface, your password is correct.
However, your account may not be the one you expected.
In fact, if you can't find your domain names on the "Services" > "DOMAIN NAME" page, it's highly likely that you're currently logged in with another V4 account. It's also possible that you previously created an account just to renew your domain name(s) (if you lost your login details, for example).
Try logging in with another handle.
If you can't remember another handle, you must contact customer support so that an agent can tell you how to recover this information securely. Please provide as much information as possible, such as a sample domain name or website address, so that our agents can identify your account more quickly: support-en@support.gandi.net
