Login problems
Make sure you do not confuse your new Gandi v5 username with the handle you used in the previous version of the site (v4), e.g. AB1234-GANDI.
If you do not receive the password reset email, or do not remember the email address, check or search for the email address associated with your user account:

V4 handle or V5 username
Login problems: Are you using a V4 handle or a V5 username?
In 2018, a new version of Gandi's website called Gandi v5 was rolled out.
This means that it is no longer possible to use the same login handles as on the previous version known as v4.
If you had a Gandi account prior to Gandi v5, you will need to create a new login, or "username", and a new password when you connect to the new site for the first time.
Make sure you always use this new username and password to log in.
On the other hand, if you are still logging in to the old version of the site, you must continue to use your old AB1234-GANDI username and password.
Furthermore, any change to your password on one of the two versions of the site will not affect the password used on the other version. Similarly, if you wish to reset your password, you must do so from the version of the site to which you wish to log on.

You will not be able to reset your V4 password from the V5 interface, nor will you be able to reset your V5 password from the classic (v4) interface.
Our main website, Gandi.net, will always display the latest version (Gandi v5). If you need to log in to the old version (v4), you can do so at https://v4.gandi.net/login.
If you have already upgraded to the new version of the site, but have forgotten your new username, you can retrieve it from this page:

Did not receive a password reset email
If you have requested a password reset or username recovery, but have not received an email from Gandi :
Check your junk mail folder. Most email clients have a "Spam" or "Junk" folder. It is possible that the reset email has been mistakenly filed in this folder by default.
Make sure you use the email address associated with your account. Please refer to our documentation on the different email addresses used by Gandi:
