Additional security settings that may be blocking your account
Are your security settings blocking you from being able to log in?
If you are having problems logging into your Gandi account, this may be due to the activation of additional security settings:
- IP restriction: If you have activated the IP restriction on your account, you will only be able to connect from devices whose IP address corresponds to the one(s) you listed in this setting.
https://docs.gandi.net/en/account_management/security/ip_restriction.html
- Double authentication (TOTP, 2FA): If you have activated this preference, the system will ask you for a unique "token" (code) generated by a "third-party" application, usually installed on another device (tablet, smartphone, etc.).
https://docs.gandi.net/en/account_management/security/totp.html
- U2F : Second Universal Factor : Our documentation :
https://docs.gandi.net/en/account_management/security/security_key.html
If you've lost your physical key or it's no longer functional, use the form (see below) to request its deactivation.
If you have lost access to your account because you lost the device managing the token, or because there's an IP restriction in place, download this form:

and return it with a copy of your ID in PDF or JPG format to support-en@support.gandi.net
