New Mail App Dashboard

We are delighted to introduce our new Email administration page, which will allow you to manage all your mailboxes at a glance. No more navigating through each of your domains.

1- This is the entry point to the new interface for managing your Mail products

2- If you created your mailboxes before April 8, 2026, you can manage them from the "Domain" menu / "Mailboxes and forwarding" tab.

3- You can purchase empty mailboxes and configure them after purchase: Any mailbox purchased can be associated with a domain registered with Gandi or elsewhere.  You must ensure that you have the right to manage the domain and/or its technical settings.

4- You can activate a mailbox: you can choose the plan that best suits your needs.

Finally, you will find two counters that will allow you to see at a glance:

• the number of mailboxes in use: this includes all mailboxes that are being activated, activated, or operational
• the number of mailboxes awaiting activation (these are purchased mailboxes that you can activate using the "activate a mailbox" button)
