No order will be processed until we have received AND validated the payment. For this reason, we strongly advise against paying via bank transfer or cheque if the expiry date of your product is approaching, or if you are creating a domain.

* Important: if we have to refund an order, this will always be done to your prepaid account. This balance can be used for a future order or refunded upon request. *
