Receipts

Deposits made to the prepaid account are not subject to an Invoice (they do not represent the purchase of a product and therefore no VAT is applied). Instead, receipts are generated for each transaction on the prepaid account.
These receipts are available in the “Prepaid History” tab. To access them, simply go to the “Prepaid History” page and click on “Filters” (located under the “Overview” tab). Then, in the section that opens, select “Payment” under “Type”. This will display all receipts in chronological order.
