How to cancel an order
It is possible to cancel an order in progress from your interface, provided that payment has not yet been completed. This may also be the case if payment failed (e.g., it took too long to obtain the 3D secure code).
This can be useful, for example, if you want to place the same order again, but using a different payment method.
To cancel an unpaid order from our Gandi interface :
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the BILLING section of the navigation menu.
- Select the organization you used to place the order.
- Click on the “Orders” tab to display a list of orders placed by the organization.
- Select the order you wish to cancel (it will be in “ Unpaid ” status).
- In the order details, click on “Cancel order” on the page.
This will cancel your order.
