How to delete an Organization

You can only delete an organization that has no products, no orders in progress or in error, and an empty prepaid account.

If you still have funds in the prepaid account (or if you make a mistake when attempting to delete), please contact Support: support-en@support.gandi.net

To delete the organization

Note

You cannot delete your username (the one created by default with every Gandi account, and which represents you as an individual).

1. In the left-hand navigation menu, select "Organizations".
2. Select the organization you wish to delete using the "Manage" button to the right.
3. Scroll down to "Delete Organization", then click on "Delete". You will be asked to confirm your choice.

Warning

Deleting an organization is permanent and will also delete all teams and information associated with it.
