Organizational activity
You can view most of the operations performed for an organization or its teams from the organization's Activity page.
To view the Activity page, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Gandi account, then go to the "ORGANIZATIONS" section.
- Click on the name of the organization you wish to manage (or click on the "Manage" button to its right).
- Click on the "Activity" tab in the menu at the top of the page.
Display activity
Activity data is displayed in a chart arranged chronologically from most recent to oldest. The various columns are :
- Who: shows the username of the user who performed the operation.
- Action: shows a standardized description of the operation performed by the user (e.g. team creation, token creation, etc.). Only organization-related information is displayed.
- What: This optional information indicates when a product, team or organization is impacted by the Action. For example, inviting users to a team will display the team involved.
- Date: Displays the time elapsed since the task was carried out or, if more than one month has elapsed, the exact date is shown.
- Details: When relevant, a link displaying additional information about the operation is displayed by clicking on the " Show details " link. This may include details of a team's permissions.
Filtering and searching
Above the table, you'll find a search field. For the moment, it is limited to a search on the What column of the table.
Next to it, you'll find a "Filter" button that lets you narrow down the activities displayed to a particular user, or to a particular action, or to a specific period.
Note
This activity tracking feature is also available for domain names (once you select a specific domain name).
