How to convert a mailbox to the paid offer

At the end of  November 2023, free mailboxes expired and were replaced with a new, subscription-based Gandimail service. You now have the option to either keep your old free mailboxes by converting them to the new (fee-based) system, or to stop using our email services. To convert your mailboxes, go to the Domain / Email menu

Search for the mailbox(es) you wish to convert on the email address list.

Click on the "Convert" option and choose between a Monthly or an Annual subscription.

The conversion order will be automatically added to your shopping cart. Perform the same operation for all the mailboxes you wish to convert.

Click on the Checkout button in the pop-up window at the top of the page, or on the shopping cart button.

Complete the order as you would normally.

The conversion takes just a few minutes and will have no impact on your mailboxes or their settings.
