Retrieving full headers of emails
How to display email headers in SOGo webmail
When we talk about the " full headers " of an e-mail, we're referring to the complete information placed in the header of every email sent (and therefore received). These headers are not directly visible to the user, as their content is purely technical and generally of no interest to a normal user. However, sometimes it can be useful to check these headers, for example when you need information on who sent an email, the exact date it was sent, or which email service sent it.
In SOGO, you can find this information by selecting the email in question (click on it), then clicking on the 3 dots ( ፧ ) in the top right-hand corner. Choose View source code. This will display the "complete" message including full headers. If you don't know which part is relevant copy/paste the entire message into your support reply/ticket.
