How to Renew a Mailbox

In November 2023, free mailboxes expired as part of the transition to our new mailbox service. More details are available in our FAQ.

To renew your mailbox follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Gandi account.
2. Select “DOMAIN” in the left menu.
3. Select the domain associated with the email you wish to modify.
4. Select the “Email” tab.
5. Find the mailbox you want to renew in the list on the bottom of the page and click “Renew”.
6. Select either “Monthly subscription” or “Yearly subscription”. This will place the subscription in your shopping cart.
7. When you are ready to checkout, go to your shopping cart and complete your purchase.
