How to change your mailbox password
The password you use for a mailbox is managed separately from that of your Gandi account. This allows you to create several mailboxes with your domain for different people, each with its own password.
A password cannot be "recovered". If you forget your password, you must reset it from the Domain / Email menu:
Click on the mailbox in question, or on the 3 dots on the right of it (፧) and choose "Manage".
In the "Configuration" section, click on the "Change" button, to the right of "Password".
On the next page simply enter your new password in the "Password" field. Clicking on the "eye" (👁) allows you to see the password entered. Should you need help creating a strong password: http://passwordsgenerator.net/
Click on "Change" below the field to save the change.
