How to activate 2FA on a Gandi mailbox
Installing an authentication application
Before you begin, you'll need to install a 2FA application such as Google Authenticator or OTP Auth on your smartphone, which you'll use as your 2FA "key".
Activate 2FA on the 2 webmails:
Next, go to Gandi's Webmail Security Settings page
https://webmail.gandi.net/settings/login
Log in with the address and password of the mailbox you want to secure.
You then need to activate 2FA on both webmails. You can do this by clicking on "Go to webmail" under each of the webmail logos:
- SOGo https://docs.gandi.net/en/gandimail/sogo_webmail/enable_2fa.html
- Roundcube https://docs.gandi.net/en/gandimail/roundcube_webmail/enable_2fa.html
Make sure you add each webmail to your authentication application before logging out of said webmail. Since SOGo and Roundcube use different codes, you will need to register the two webmails separately in the application.
