How to recover access to your mailbox
If you've forgotten your email password, you can reset it:

If you have lost access to your 2FA device, go to Gandi's Webmail Security Settings page. Log in using your email address and password. Then, when prompted for the 2FA code, click "Unable to access your 2FA device?" instead.
If you have set up a recovery email, you can choose to have a recovery email sent to this address. A link in the email will allow you to disable 2FA on SOGo and Roundcube webmails.
If you generated recovery codes, you can use one of them. Using it will enable you to connect to the webmail, while disabling 2FA on both webmails.
Whichever method you use, you'll need to reactivate 2FA on SOGo and Roundcube once access has been regained.
