Anti-Spam Protection
How to enable or disable anti-spam protection for your email address
Gandi uses anti-spam protection to protect your mailboxes and reduce the number of unsolicited emails you receive.
This protection is activated by default. However, you may find this filtering to be too restrictive, which is why we have implemented a feature that allows you to activate or deactivate this protection.
Keep in mind that this feature applies to the entire domain, to all email inboxes (existing or newly created) and only to incoming email. To activate / deactivate this feature, please follow the steps below:
Go to the Domain menu / Email tab
In the Settings & Security block, click on "Manage".
Toggle the switch on or off (purple with a tick indicates the service is active) under Anti-Spam Protection.
Click on "Update".
It may take a few minutes to activate/deactivate. Please note that this feature only applies to your own mailboxes. The anit-spam setting remains active for all our mail servers, and cannot be deactivated.
For further information on our anti-spam policy, we recommend that you read our anti-spam documentation page:
