How to increase the storage space of a Mailbox

If you're using a Standard mailbox, you have 10 GB of storage space.

If you find this isn't enough for your needs, you can increase your mailbox's storage limit to 50 GB by upgrading it from Standard to Premium.

Go to the Domain menu / Email tab:

1. Click on the Menu icon ( ፧ ) to the right of the mailbox concerned,
2. Choose "Upgrade to 50 GB" from the menu.
3. You'll see a notification about the order: "Changing the offer now updates the mailbox's expiration date based on the price of the new offer and the remaining time on your current offer, without the need to update payment."
4.  Click on "Update" to continue. After a few minutes your mailbox will be updated with the new storage.

Note that it's best to close all your email applications prior to initializing this operation.

You can also perform the storage upgrade via the "Manage" menu option, then click on Upgrade to 50 GB button in the "Storage" section of the mailbox management page.

If upgrading isn't an option, you can free up space by deleting emails through SOGo, Gandi's webmail interface, to stay within the 10 GB limit: https://webmail.gandi.net/SOGo/

The username is your full email address and the password is the last one you chose.
