Importing an address book

How to import an address book into SOGo webmail

You can import an address book into SOGo if you have an export file in "vCard" or "LDIF" format.

Start by clicking on the "Address Book" icon in the top right-hand corner of the page, which will bring up the address book menu on the left-hand side of the page.

1. Open the address book by clicking on its name (left-hand menu). The default name is Personal Address Book.
2. Click on the 3 vertical dots ( ፧ ) (menu) and choose "Import",
3. Click on "Add" and select the "vCard" or "LDIF" file: the address file exported from another application. If you exported it from Roundcube, it should be called "contacts.vcf".

After loading, your contacts will appear in the selected address book.
