Out-of-Office reply included
How to activate the Out-of-Office Reply function in SOGo webmail
To create an Out-of-Office reply in SOGo for your GandiMail address:
- Open your mailbox "preferences",
- select " Email " in the navigation menu (on the left),
- choose "Prolonged Absence" (menu at the top of the page),
- check "Enable automatic prolonged absence replies" to activate the detail,
- fill in the various details (message, start date, end date),
- save your settings by clicking on the green diskette at the top right of the page.
Important
Do not activate the answering machine in SOGo webmail AND in your Gandi account SIMULTANEOUSLY, or neither will work.
